Network problem have been solved yesterday.
Is there any proxy in your browser? Try to remove it, then check if you can login in this software.

Same problem when I open TAP4 and log in...I get this network problem error.
I checked my chrome and have no proxy setting.
I tried to create support ticket and the page won't load...help >.<
